Joseph Summers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Summers of Hanover, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Summers (Petryszak) and Joseph C. Summers; his wife Dawn K. Summers (Jacob); his daughter Michele Welborn (Summers); his grandchildren, Madisyn, McKinley Welborn, Colin and Connor Summers; his siblings, James Summers (Debbie Summers) and Kathy Randlett (Ken Randlett); his uncle Paul; and his aunt Sharon Petryszak. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Because Joe loved coaching David and Michele's sports teams, and loved being a PopPop to his four grandchildren, in lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his name.
