We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024, at the age of 78, Emmitt Jerome Barringer of Hanover, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmit Barringer and Marie Barringer; and his sister Joan George (Barringer). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Amy and Joseph; his children-in-law, Nelson and Elise; and his grandchildren, Elise, Nicole, Lauren, Pippa and Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake or the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, both of which brought Jerry great comfort.
