Allen; his wife Mary Elaine Allen; his children, Constance "Connie" VanDorpe (Bruce), Phillip Jerome Allen (Anne), Edward Burton Allen, Jr. (Lauren) and James Andrew Allen (Shannon); and his siblings, Miriam Heil, John, Robert and Paul Allen. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren.
