Dorothy Ann Phipps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Phipps of Hanover, Maryland, who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Paige Phipps; and her brothers, Dick, Roy, Bill and Bud Bauman.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Phipps of Richmond, Wesley Phipps and Thomas Phipps (Sue) of Ellicott City; and her grandchildren, Tommy, Summer, Connor and Lara Phipps. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Dot's lifelong service to her community and especially those in need, the family asks that you please consider a donation to the Elkridge Food Pantry.
