It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Lee Armstrong of Hanover, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter Jackson Armstrong, Jr. and Juanita Hunt Armstrong of Odenton, MD.; his wife Diane; his children, Jessica and Kyle; and his brothers, Guy and Bruce.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Poole and Stephanie Armstrong; his daughter-in-law Christina Armstrong; his grandchildren, Seyenna, Kylie, Tyler, Ava and Maximus; and his siblings, Debbie Cross, Dexter J. Armstrong III (Pamela), Rose O'Haran, Laura Poulin, Gary Martin (Trish) and Michael Biller (Stacy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.
