He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Emmons; his stepfather Bud Emmons; and his brothers, Marvin High and Elmer Emmons. He is survived by: his wife Carol High (Cain); his daughters, Jess Casper (Tony) and Jennifer High; his grandchildren, Hannah High, Logan Casper, Madison Nuice, Travis Palmer and Emma Geissinger; his siblings, Dorothy, Wanda Emmons, Sam, Robin, Kenneth High, Linda Kesselring and Betty Staley; and his great-grandparent Joann Price.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home (141 W Main St, Hancock, MD 21750). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel Independent Cemetery.
