She is survived by: her son Carl Webster, Jr. of Adelphi; and her brothers, Donald Smith (Elizabeth) of Frederick, Hubert Smith (Naomi) of Dayton, Leo Smith of Hancock and Timothy Smith (Diane) of St. Louis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
