In the vast expanse of eternity, may Norman Gary find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Kathleen); his siblings, James C Smith Jr. (Kay), Christine Werdebaugh and Ruth Jones; and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Johnson. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home (141 W Main St, Hancock, MD 21750). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Piney Plains Cemetery (12708 Faith Cir, Little Orleans, MD 21766).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's name can be made to Piney Plains Cemetery, attn Margot.
