We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2022, at the age of 87, Marion Reich Thomas of Hancock, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Jerry" Reich and Edna Mae Reich; her husband Dr. Frank B Thomas, III of Meyersdale; her sons, Frank B Thomas, IV and Dr. Ralph E. Thomas; her sons-in-law, Dr. Christopher H. Lane and Maxwell H. Horz, Jr.; her sister Laura Anne; and her brother-in-law Bernard Knecht.
She is survived by: her brother Joseph Reich (Carol) of Wexford, PA; her children, Marion Lane of Waynesville, NC, Michael Thomas (Angie) of Little Orleans, MD, Theresa Pittman, Rosemarie Horz of Hancock, MD, Charles Thomas (Elizabeth) of Annapolis, MD, Paul Thomas (Kathy) of Williamsport, MD and Elizabeth Woltemath (Brian) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her daughters-in-law, Tania Thomas of Williamsport, PA and Mary Vivian Thomas of Berkeley Springs, WV. She is also survived by nine children, 5 sons and 4 daughters, 30 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.
