She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart James Clingerman and Ethel Marie Clingerman (Jerome); her husband Bernard Henry "Buck" Sipes; and her siblings, Leroy A. "Sunny" Clingerman, Harold Wayne Clingerman, Gladys J. Stotler, Pauline E. Boden, Alda V. Smith, Deloris I. Plotner and Carol A. Abell.
She is survived by: her sons, David W. Clingerman (Angela) of Hancock, Timothy L. Faith (Shannon) of Hedgesville and W. Va; her grandchildren, Derick, Brittney, Darrian and Timothy; and her sister Vada L. Shipe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
