He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Fleegle and Hallie Fleegle (Corbett). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Fleegle (Younker); his brother William T. Fleegle (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Terry and Robert Fleegle (Rob); his children, Lori Smith (Darren) of Hancock and George Fleegle (Sherry) of Hancock; his grandchildren, Ashley Johnson (Homer) of Hancock, Meghan Smith (James) of Arkansas, Bailey of Hancock, Skylar of Hancock, Courtney of Hancock, Bentley of Hancock, Brandon of St. Thomas, PA. and Lincoln; and his siblings, Emory Jr. of Hancock, Earl of Hedgesville, WV., Cindy of Pecktonville, MD. and Beverly of Hagerstown, MD.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
