He is survived by: his wife Betty Clingerman Seavolt; his daughters, Ginger Kerns (Kenny) of Hancock, MD, Cheryl Barnard of Warfordsburg, PA and Christy Day (Tony) of Hancock, MD; his grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Erik, Levi, Justin, Jasmine and Brady; his great grandchildren, Declan and Keston; and his sisters, Dorthea Hull and Phyllis Norris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
