He is survived by: his sons, Bryan McCusker of Hancock and Brendon McCusker of Hancock; his stepdaughter Brandy L. Shives-Pryor (Cole) of Hancock; his siblings, Tammy Jean Leach (Tommy) of Berkeley Springs and Dave McCusker of Berkeley Springs; his nephew Jordan Leach (Lindsay) of Falling Waters; his grandchildren, Eric Shives, Nick Shives, Jamie Shives, Alley Allen, Abbey Bussard and Branson Pryor; and his great grandchildren, Preston Morris, Theodore Dennis and Rhett Clingerman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
