It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Kerns (Hancock, Maryland), who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard F. McCusker and Eleanor McCusker (Dawson); her husband David Neil Kerns; and her sister Jane Selph. She is survived by: her children, Brandi Jean Black (Justin) of Hagerstown, Diana Fay Stevens (Mark) of Hagerstown and David Joshua Kerns of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Lauren, Clinton, Luke, Tiffany, Sabrina and Mark; and her siblings, Frank McCusker of Berkeley Springs, W. V, Hazel Waugh of Berkeley Springs, W. V and Brenda Timmons of Berkeley Springs, W. V. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
