He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Cofiell and Elizabeth Cofiell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Cofiell; his sister Carolyn A. Green; and his stepchildren, Shannon Howard and Chris Hayen. He is also survived by three step grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
