It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirlyn Clark (Hampstead, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Addison and Rosalie Alvina Fear Welch; and her husband Robert Milton Clark, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Robby" M. Clark Jr. (Carla Walker) of Hampstead, MD, Donna G. Helie (Larry) of Denton, MD and Kevin G. Clark (Karen) of Frederick, MD; and her grandchildren, Nicole Rosalie and Benjamin Clark Helie.
