He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Vogelsang; his parents, Leo J. Vogelsang and Eleanor Vogelsang; and his brothers, Leo Vogelsang and Joseph Vogelsang.
He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Frank of Randallstown, MD and Eugene Vogelsang of Littlestown, PA; his children, Ronald Vogelsang Jr. (Sarah Alouf) of Sykesville, David Vogelsang (Jessica Vogelsang) of Manchester and Michele Schuman (Michael Schuman) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Christine Urch, Colin Schuman, Grace Schuman, Connor Vogelsang, Caroline Vogelsang, Ivy Vogelsang and Luke Vogelsang; and his great grandchildren, Scarlet Urch and Maxine Urch.
