With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Katherine Hare of Hampstead, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gertie Bradford and Claude Bradford; her husband Elmer Hare; her son Kevin Dwayne Petty; and her sisters, Billie Ruth Ritchie (James Claude Bradford), Jackie Ray Bradford, Shirley Ann Arnold (John Granville Bradford), Mary Maurene Carter and Patricia Irene Zang (Clifton Eugene Bradford).
She is survived by: her son Darryl Keith Petty (John O'Mahony); her goddaughters, Sophia German and Emma Grace German; her grandchildren, Claire, Evan, Damian and Violet O'Mahony; her great-nieces, Erica Tegerides (Joe), Emersyn, Cora Grace and Leilani; and her friends, Dale McNeill and Vicky Cavey. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
