He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Barnett Hoffman; his wife JoAnne Jestes Hoffman; his daughter Sarah Myers of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Skyler, Ella, Braxtin, Mia, Cray, Chase and Colton; and his great grandchild Cyrus.
