He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Elridge Bull, Sr. and Myrtle M. Baker Bull; his wife Ruby Irene Leppo Bull; his sister Charlotte V. Muller; and his stepbrother Dr. George Lintz.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Hockstad (Michael) of Manchester, MD and Dennis G. Bull (Deborah) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
