It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John D. Morrison Sr. of Hampstead, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 78, on January 9, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Morrison and Juanita Morrison (Dennison); and his sister Bobbie Ward. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Joseph Torsella (Martina), Jennifer Dobson, Kathryn Torsella, John Morrison, Jr. (Amanda) and Christopher Morrison (Jacklyn); his grandchildren, Brianna and Alexis Torsella; his children, Jaidynn, Konnor, Corbin, Emery Morrison and Brandon Krise (Kirstin); and his brother Kenneth Morrison (Barbara). He is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (934 S Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of John can be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.
