With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Ann Mannion of Hampstead, Maryland, born in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McManus and Anna McManus (Cannon); her siblings, MaryEllen Haggerty, Albert "Abbie" McManus and Michael "Bob" Cannon; and her former husband John B. Mannion, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ann Beck (Bob), Eileen Mannion, Kathleen Ruck (Luis), Robert "Bob" Mannion (Naomi) and Michael Mannion (Aileen); and her siblings, Eileen Baldwin and Joseph P. McManus (MaryAnne). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (91 Willis St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM.
