It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Bernice Welsh of Hampstead, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Warren, Sr. and Esther Marie Warren (Yox); and her siblings, Esther "Annette" Tracey and James Warren, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband George Waterman Welsh, Jr.; her children, Jannell Sloan (Jeff) of Ninety Six, SC, Pam Nickoles (Roland) of Hampstead, MD and George "Chip" Welsh (Karen) of Towson, MD; her grandchildren, Steven Sloan (Caitlin), Shawn Sloan (Jennifer), Kevin Nickoles (Nicole), Brandon Sloan, Cole Nickoles, George R. Welsh, Jr., William Welsh and Jenna Welsh; her sister Judy Watson; and also, Aleena, Oliver, Sophia, Eloise, Bennett and Cameron. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
