He was predeceased by: his daughter Rhonda Karen Kessler-Stewart; and his siblings, Pete Kessler and Betty Marie Bray. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kessler; his child Windsor W. Kessler, Jr.; his grandchildren, Windsor W. Kessler, III and Chad Allen Stewart (Michele Stewart); his great grandchildren, Caleb Stewart and Vivienne Stewart; his siblings, Jeanette Martz and Larry Kessler; and his parents-in-law, Ginny Major, John Major (Bub) and Lee Major. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
