He was predeceased by: his son Steven Cassidy, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Collins; his children, Shannon M. Hayes, William R. Burroughs, Eric M. Burroughs, Michael Cassidy, Amanda Collins, Poppy of Tyler, Cameron, Christopher, Corey, Tristan, Chase, Kelsey, Scott, Tuddy, Rachel, Katelyn and Savana; his siblings, Richard Burroughs, Lisa Burroughs and Michael Burroughs; and his niece Heather Burroughs. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made directly to Ambrose Funeral Home to offset funeral cost.
