He was predeceased by: his parent Gail Johnson. He is survived by: his parent Bill Breidenbach, Sr.; his stepparent Millie Breidenbach; his sibling Erica Breidenbach; and his stepsiblings, Sandra Gardner, Carol Arnold and Nikki Gardner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made directly to the funeral home to offset funeral costs.
