“Tommy was always a man you could depend on and take at his word. A real gentleman. I’ll miss our lively conversations down at the Courthouse. He was always up on current political affairs, and I could always count on a lively debate. He was the best Special Investigator the Liquor Board ever had. A standup guy, and devoted family man.
