He is survived by: his wife Gloria Howe; his children, Amy Wines (Gary) and Frank Wines, Jr.; his grandchildren, Noah Styer, Jaydyn Wines, Jackson Wines and Justin Wines; and his sisters, Easter Dorsey (late Richard), Terrie Leopold (Russell) and Deborah Thomas (Bryan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
