He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Edward Queen. He is survived by: his mother Rose Marie Queen; his brothers, Vincent Queen (Brittni Queen) and Michael Queen (Janey Queen); his nephews, Michael Queen and Jack Queen; and his niece Lucy Queen. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Tommy's memory to either the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
