He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Teresa Bradds Bugglen (Teri) and Thomas Brown Sr.; his stepfather Danny Bugglen; his siblings, Danielle Bugglen, Desiree Bugglen, Ciara Brown, Savanna Ritzel and Serenity Ritzel; his daughters, Rosalee and Jazzmyn Brown; and his grandparents, Donna, Billy Bradds, Denise, Nelson Bugglen, Betty Jean and Donald Brown. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to offset the funeral expenses.
