With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Parr (Halethorpe, Maryland), who passed away on October 30, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Shirley leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Shirley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lowell "Frank" Parr; her daughters, Deanna Edelen (James, Sr.), Tammy Claxton (Charles) and Lisa Parr; her sister Verna Mae Rider; and her brother-in-law Roger Rider (Sharon). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
