She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen "Nanny" Fries (Neary); and her brother Jack Sawyer. She is survived by: her father James "Poppy" Fries; her children, Shannon Fries and Mark Tudor; her adoptive daughter Miranda Vanorsdale; her granddaughter Charlie Ross; and her siblings, Jeanne Arevalo, William "Billy" Fries and Glenn Fries. She is also survived by her family and friends.
