He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Hall and Naomi S. Stevens; and his wife Virginia "Ginny" Hall. He is survived by: his children, Leon Wink, Jr., Dawn Snyder, Thomas Wink, Denise Conrad, Eva Nieberlein and Susan Bingham; and his sister Loraine Knapp. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
