He was predeceased by: his father Roger Spence, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Spence; his children, Roger Spence, III, David Spence, Amara Spence, Rebel Spence, Richard, Anna, Laura and Calvin; and his siblings, Christina Thompson, Milinda Breitschwerdt, Jamie Queen, Ronald Carder and Mark Carder. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, & other family & friends.
