She is survived by: her husband Carl Powers; her children, Mike (Michele), Mary Warner and Josh; her grandchildren, Morgan Powers, Nathan and Andrew Warner; and her sisters, Eileen, Lucy, Helen and Rosanne. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rita's name to the Arthritis Foundation or Wreaths Across America.
