He was predeceased by: his brother Ray Manns (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Karen Manns; his children, Erin Manns-Maeby (Tommy) and Richard Joseph Manns, III (Nikki); his grandchildren, Austin Marie Maeby, Thomas Maeby, Destinee Collins and Richard Joseph Manns, IV; his siblings, Kenny Manns, Joe Manns (Liz), Stacy Duncan (Michelle), Danny Duncan and Devin Duncan (Donna); and also Amy Reinfelder. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
