He was predeceased by: his father Lee Edward Masters, III. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Masters; his sister Kimberly Myers (Wayne); his son Richard Edward Masters, Jr.; his goddaughter Amanda Marie Youells; and his godmother Evelyn Catherine Shew. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne (2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
