He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Brown and Phillip W. Grow, Sr.; and his grandparents, Ray Brown, Peggy Whitaker and Walter F. Grow.
He is survived by: his partner Cody Migner; his sister Chrystal Brown; his stepmother Alta Grow; his stepsiblings, Charles Bishop, III, Angilena Baudo and Angelyah Sinsky; and his grandmother Mary Palmer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lansdowne (2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
