He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Elizabeth and Phillip H. Battaglia, Sr.; his wife Debra Kay Battaglia; and his sister Tina Petty. He is survived by: his children, Angela Smith, Corey Hinkle, Sr. and Bonnie Jackson (Tyree, Sr.); his grandchildren, Zachary Bryant, Simm Williams, III, Brittnee King, Corey Hinkle, Jr., Andrea Williams, Tyree Jackson, Jr., Calisa Hinkle and Xander Mesa; his great grandchildren, Aryanna Williams and Ava Williams; and his brothers, Samuel Battaglia and Marshall Battaglia (Vicky). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
