She is survived by: her children, Barbara A. Galliard and Gordon T. Allen, Jr.; her wife Linda Allen; her grandchildren, Steven Galliard, Lauren Ann Galliard, Joseph Allen and Rebecca Williams; her sibling Pauline E. Breeden; and her close friend Mary E. Rose.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Peggy's memory to the Maryland SPCA 3300 Falls Road, Baltimore MD 21211.
