She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mashek and Emma Mashek; and her husband William Pledge Smith. She is survived by: her children, Sherilyn Belcher (late Curtis) and William Francis Smith (Lilia JoAnn); and her grandchildren, Rachel Leigh Moore (Austen) and Mackenzie Rae Smith. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Patricia's memory to Christ the King Episcopal Church.
