He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Edna Boyer and Edwin Boyer; and his brother Frank Boyer. He is survived by: his spouse Rocklin Boyer; his sons, Melvin Carl Boyer, Jr. (Maria) and Peter C. Boyer (Kris); his grandchildren, Steven (Stacy), Kayla, Jenna and Dylan; his great grandchild Claire; his siblings, Ruth Zinck (late Paul), Wes Boyer (Sherry) and Debbie Chandler; and his close friend Craig Marino (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other loving relatives and friends.
