He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia L. East. He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. (Kerry Burns), Cynthia M. (Joseph Schmidt), Jessica, Kaitlyn, Bernie, Jr. and Collin; and his siblings, Roland C. and Francis L. East. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many loving relatives and friends.
