With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Shipley (Halethorpe, Maryland), who passed away on November 3, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karla Schenning and Karen Mooring (Michael); his granddaughter Ami Kuhn; his daughters, Toni Stauffer and Evelyn Riccio; and his brother Larry Shipley.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Topper's memory to the VFW Post 327, 22 Fifth Ave, Baltimore, MD 21227.
