He was predeceased by: his siblings, Emil VanAelst, Jr., Robert VanAelst and Dorothy Houck. He is survived by: his wife Lynn VanAelst; his daughter Michelle Freeman; his grandchildren, J. Freeman and Adalynn Freeman; and his sister-in-law Gretchen Greenlee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & many loving friends.
