He was predeceased by: his wife Holly Sampery. He is survived by: his children, John Sebastian Sampery, Allison Sampery-Novak, Michelle Sampery (Robert Corwell), David Sampery and Jeffrey Sampery; his grandson Jeremy Novak; and his sister Patricia Cascino (Giuseppe). He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and other relatives.
