He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley L. Roth, Sr. and Valetta M. Roth. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Lucille" Roth; his children, Janet L. Goetz, Dr. John G. Roth, Jr. and Susan L. Grimes; and his grandchildren, Dr. Shannon S. Schneider, Erika L. Alvarez, Dr. Steven G. Roth, Christina M. Kane, Laura S. Roth, Kyle B. Grimes and Ryan T. Grimes. He is also survived by 11 Great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's name to Arbutus United Methodist Church & Shriners Hospitals for Children.
