He is survived by: his children, Joey Mellendick, James Lembach and Jessica Mellendick; his grandchildren, Lyla, Sohpia, Isabelle, Justin, Jasmine, Jillian, Jaymee and Landon; and his sisters, Elizabeth Foley (Michael) and Patricia McGonigle. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
