She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Calvin McKewen; her children, Kimberly Berry, Shelley Kikalo (Vasyl Kikalo), Stacy Newton (Dustin Newton), Grandmom of Madison Berry, Mason Berry, Rachael Kikalo, Chase Berry, Lena Kikalo, Emma Kikalo, Bryce Newton, Ava Newton and Gracelyn Newton; and her siblings, Kathleen Brushweiler (late Ed Brushweiler), Tom Hesselbein (Denise Hesselbein) and Max Hesselbein (Laura Hesselbein). She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed in Jeanette's name to Susan G. Komen, for breast cancer research.
