He is survived by: his wife Ruth Foxwell; his daughters, Sandra Swanke (Henry) and Brenda Kitchen (Dean); his grandchildren, Blair Kitchen (Lucia), Myles Kitchen (Jess), Wayne Swanke (Christa), Matthew Swanke (Melissa) and Nicole Campbell (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Simon, Talia, Alyssa, Bryce, Colton and Joey. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
